Хирургия клапанов сердца у больных с низкой фракцией выброса левого желудочка.
Аннотация
Методика непрерывной коронарной перфузии на работающем сердце предложена в качестве альтернативы кардиоплегии при хирургии клапанов сердца. Потенциальное преимущество данной методики заключается в исключении кардиоплегии и снижении риска ишемического реперфузионного повреждения. Использование непрерывной коронарной перфузии на работающем сердце актуально при выполнении сложных операций, таких как пластика митрального клапана, а также по мере увеличения опыта хирургов в проведении операций на работающем сердце. В данной статье приведен систематический обзор, позволяющий судить об эффективности методики непрерывной коронарной перфузии на работающем сердце.
