Annotatsiya
Ishlayotgan yurakda uzluksiz koronar perfuziya usuli yurak klapanlari jarrohligida kardioplegiyaga muqobil usul sifatida taklif etilgan. Ushbu usulning potentsial afzalligi kardioplegiyani istisno qilish va ishemik reperfuziya shikastlanishi xavfini kamaytirishdan iborat. Ishlayotgan yurakda uzluksiz koronar perfuziyadan foydalanish ayniqsa mitral qopqoq plastikasi kabi murakkab operatsiyalarni bajarishda, shuningdek, jarrohlarning ishlayotgan yurakda operatsiya qilish bo‘yicha tajribasi ortishi bilan tavsiya etiladi. Ushbu maqolada ishlayotgan yurakda uzluksiz koronar perfuziya usulining samaradorligini baholash imkonini beruvchi tizimli sharh keltirilgan.
