Trigliseridlar/yuqori zichlikdagi lipoproteinlar indeksining yurak-qon tomir hodisalarining prediktor sifatida ahamiyatiа
Annotatsiya
Maqsad: Yurak ishemik kasalligi bo'lgan bemorlarda Tg/YuZLP indeksining asosiy yurak-qon tomir hodisalarining rivojlanishiga ta'sirini o'rganish.
Materiallar va usullar: Tadqiqotda yurak ishemik kasalligi, nostabil stenokaridya tashxisi bilan yurak ishemik kasalligi va dislipidemiya bo'limiga yotqizilgan 221 bemor ishtirok etdi.
Результаты. Metabolik sindromi bo'lmagan va bo'lgan bemorlarni solishtirganda, ikkinchi guruh yuqori Tg / YuZLP indeksiga ega bolib (p<0,001), shuningdek tez-tez MACE rivojlanishiga olib keldi (p<0,001). Bundan tashqari, 3 yillik kuzatuv shuni ko'rsatdiki, Tg / YuZLPning ma'lum bir nuqtadan (Youden indeksi ≥ 5,1) o'sishi yurak-qon tomir hodisalarining rivojlanishiga (p<0,001) va revaskulyarizatsiyaga olib keldi (p<0,05). Tadqiqot natijalariga ko'ra, 4 ta muhim o'zgaruvchidan foydalangan holda ko'p logistik regressiya modeli tuzildi: Epikardial yog’, yosh, Lp (a) va Tg/ YuZLP.
Xulosa. Triglitserid/yuqori zichlikdagi lipoproteinlar indeksi qoldiq xavfni kamaytirish uchun lipidlarni kamaytiradigan terapiyani tanlashda qo'shimcha mezon sifatida qo’llanilishi mumkin, bunda fenofibrat qo'shilishi hisobga olinishi kerak.
