  1. Introduction

The journal “Cardiology of Uzbekistan” is committed to the principles of open access, transparent scholarly communication, and the widest possible dissemination of scientific research. This Copyright and Licensing Policy explains the copyright ownership, publication rights, licensing terms, and reuse conditions for articles published in the journal.

The policy is designed to protect authors’ rights while ensuring free access to published research and enabling its lawful use, distribution, and reuse by readers, researchers, institutions, and the wider academic community.

  1. Copyright Ownership

Authors publishing in the journal “Cardiology of Uzbekistan” retain copyright to their published works without restrictions.

The journal “Cardiology of Uzbekistan” and its publisher, I-EDU GROUP LLC, do not require authors to transfer copyright to the journal or the publisher. By submitting and publishing an article in the journal, authors grant the journal the right of first publication and a non-exclusive right to publish, distribute, archive, and make the article available in open access.

  1. Publication License and User Rights

All articles published in the journal “Cardiology of Uzbekistan” are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

This license allows users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to the full texts of articles, index them, use them as data for software, and reuse the material for any lawful purpose, provided that appropriate credit is given to the author(s) and the original source.

  1. Authors’ Rights to Reuse Their Works

As copyright holders, authors have the right to reuse their published articles, provided that the original publication in the journal “Cardiology of Uzbekistan” is properly cited.

The copyright status and licensing conditions of third-party material must be clearly indicated in the article.

  1. Copyright for Review Reports

Reviewers retain copyright to their review reports. The journal maintains the confidentiality of the peer review process. Review reports are not published or shared publicly without the explicit permission of the reviewers.

The views, findings, interpretations, and conclusions expressed in articles published in the journal “Cardiology of Uzbekistan” are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of the journal, its editorial board, or its publisher, I-EDU GROUP LLC.

Authors are responsible for the accuracy of the content, data, statements, references, and conclusions presented in their articles. The journal and publisher act in accordance with the journal’s publication ethics policy and COPE recommendations when handling concerns related to plagiarism, copyright infringement, corrections, or retractions.
