Annotatsiya
Koronar arteriyalar noobstruktiv stenokardiyasi va ishemiyasi (ANOCA/INOCA) – bu koronar arteriyalarda sezilarli to‘siq bo‘lmagan holda stenokardiya belgilari va/yoki ishemiya mavjud bo‘lgan holat. Ushbu maqola klinik holatni taqdim etadi va adabiyotlar sharhini o‘z ichiga oladi. 52 yoshli ayol bemorda tipik stenokardik og‘riqlar, musbat stress-test va koronarangiografiyada obstruktiv o‘zgarishlar yo‘qligi aniqlandi. Tahlillar natijasida ANOCA/INOCA (mikrovaskulyar stenokardiya) tashxisi qo‘yildi. Muhokamada patogenez, diagnostika va davolash strategiyalari ko‘rib chiqildi. Ushbu holat ANOCA/INOCA ning klinik ahamiyatini ta’kidlaydi va individuallashtirilgan terapiyaning muhimligini ko‘rsatadi.
