Koronar gemodinamikasini baholashda fraksion oqim zahirasining (FFR) o‘rni va u yurak ishemik kasalligi (YIK) bo‘lgan bemorlarni endovaskulyar davolash taktikasi aniqlanishidagi roli
Annotatsiya
Yurak-qon tomir kasalliklari (YQTK) butun dunyo bo‘yicha o‘limning yetakchi sababidir, har yili taxminan 17,9 million kishining hayotiga zomin bo‘ladi. Yurak ishemik kasalligi (YIK) qon aylanish tizimi kasalliklaridan kelib chiqadigan o‘limlarning uchdan bir qismini tashkil qiladi. Koronar angiografiya YIKni aniqlashda "oltin standart" hisoblanadi. Biroq, bu usul koronar arteriyalarni faqat ikki o‘lchamli ko‘rinishda tasvirlaydi va ularning funksional va gemodinamik holati haqida cheklangan ma’lumot beradi. Shu sababli, koronar fiziologiyani aniqlash tobora muhim ahamiyat kasb etmoqda. Fraksion oqim zahirasi (FFR) – koronar qon oqimini invaziv baholash usuli bo‘lib, stenoztan oldin va keyingi bosim farqini o‘lchashga asoslangan, hozirda keng tan olingan usullardan biridir. Ayni paytda u miokardni revaskulyarizatsiya qilish taktikasi va ortiqcha perkutan koronar aralashuvlarni (PCI) oldini olishda muhim rol o‘ynamoqda.
