Annotatsiya

Kardiorenometabolik sindrom (KRMS) - zamonaviy tibbiyotning eng muhim muammolaridan biri bo'lib, global miqyosda kasallanish va o'limning yetakchi sabablaridan hisoblanadi. So'nggi besh yil ichida o'tkazilgan yirik randomizatsiyalangan tadqiqotlar -SELECT (2023), FLOW (2024) va STEP-HFpEF (2023) - GLP-1 retseptor agonistlari (GLP-1 RA), xususan semaglutidning yurak-qon tomir va buyrakni himoya qilish mexanizmlari haqida fundamental yangi ma'lumotlarni taqdim etdi. GLP-1 RA larning ta'siri glikemik nazoratdan tashqariga chiqib, endotelial disfunksiya, oksidlovchi stress, NF-κB bog'liq yallig'lanish, RAAS faollashuvi, intraglomerulyar giperfiltratsiya va visseral adipozitetni nishonga oluvchi ko'p komponentli biologik tizimni qamrab oladi. Mavjud klinik va mexanistik dalillar bu sinf preparatlarini kelajakda KRMS boshqaruvining asosiy ustunlaridan biri sifatida ko'rish uchun yetarli asos beradi.
