Annotatsiya

Maqsad. D vitamini darajasi va YuIK (yurak ishemik  kasalligi) xavf omillari o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlikni baholash.


Materiallar va usullar. YuIK xavf omillariga ega 70 nafar bemor o‘rganildi. Ular D vitamini normal (n = 29) va tanqis (n = 41) guruhlariga ajratildi. Kardiovaskulyar ko‘rsatkichlarning korrelyatsion tahlili o‘tkazildi.


Natijalar. D vitamini darajasi bilan umumiy xolesterin va past zichlikdagi lipoproteidlar o‘rtasida salbiy korrelyatsiya aniqlandi. Nazorat guruhida qandli diabet bilan bog‘liqlik kuzatildi. D vitamini tanqisligi guruhida esa ahamiyatli korrelyatsiyalar qayd etilmadi.


Xulosa. D vitamini lipid almashinuvi va YuIK xavf omillariga ta’sir ko‘rsatishi mumkin, ammo bu bog‘liqlik o‘zgaruvchan bo‘lib, qo‘shimcha tadqiqotlarni talab qiladi.
