Maqsad. PAI-1 4G/5G genetik polimorfizmi fibrinolizni tartibga solish va ishemik yurak kasalligi (IYuK)ga moyillikda muhim rol o‘ynaydi. PAI-1 tromblarning parchalanish tezligini tartibga solib, plazminogenning ortiqcha faollashishini cheklaydi. PAI-1 ning yuqori darajasi ortiqcha tromboz va gipofibrinolizni oldini olishda muhim rol o‘ynaydi, bu esa qon ketishiga olib kelishi mumkin. PAI-1 ning oshishi fibrinolizni kamaytirib, barqaror aterosklerotik blyashkalar hosil bo‘lishiga va qon tomir yallig‘lanishiga sabab bo‘lishi orqali aterogenezga hissa qo‘shadi va aterosklerozning rivojlanishini tezlashtiradi.

Materiallar va usullar. So‘nggi 10 yil ichida PAI-1 4G/5G genetik polimorfizmi bilan bog‘liq ilmiy adabiyotlar, klinik tadqiqotlar va meta-tahlillar bo‘yicha keng qamrovli tahlil o‘tkazildi.

Natijalar va xulosa. Ilmiy adabiyotlar va turli tadqiqotlar PAI-1 4G/5G genetik polimorfizmining yurak-qon tomir kasalliklari rivojlanishida muhim rol o‘ynashini ko‘rsatmoqda.
