Annotatsiya

Maqsad. Ishlayotgan yurakda uzluksiz koronar perfuziya (UZKP) — bu klapan operatsiyalarida kardioplegiyaga muqobil usul bo‘lib, chap qorincha chiqarish fraksiyasi (ChQChF) past bo‘lgan bemorlarda ishemik-reperfuzion shikastlanish xavfini kamaytirishi mumkin.


Materiallar va usullar. ChQChF <35% bo‘lgan bemorlarga qaratilgan holda, UZKP va kardioplegiyani solishtirgan prospektiv va kuzatuv tadqiqotlarining tizimli sharhi o‘tkazildi.


Natijalar. Tadqiqotlar (masalan, Matsumoto va boshq., 2002) o‘lim yoki asoratlar bo‘yicha sezilarli farqni ko‘rsatmagan, biroq UZKP miokard shikastlanishi belgilarini (troponin I, CK-MB) kardioplegiya bilan solishtirganda 20–40% ga kamaytirgan.


Xulosa. UZKP — bu miokardni yaxshiroq himoya qiluvchi xavfsiz kardioplegiya muqobili, biroq yuqori sifatli tasodifiylashtirilgan tadqiqotlar zarur.
