Annotatsiya

Maqsad. Kardiologlarga o‘tkir dekompensatsiyalangan yurak yetishmovchiligini davolashda qo‘llaniladigan inotrop vositalar haqida zamonaviy ma’lumotlarni taqdim etish.


Materiallar va usullar. Tanlangan mavzu bo‘yicha internetda Google Scholar va PubMed qidiruv tizimlaridan foydalangan holda adabiyotlarning tizimli sharhi o‘tkazildi. Materialning o‘qilishini yaxshilash maqsadida matn ChatGPT sun’iy intellekti yordamida tahrir qilinib, keyinchalik mualliflar tomonidan tekshirildi.


Natijalar. Inotrop preparatlarga «renessans» davrini boshdan kechirayotgan klassik yurak glikozidlari hamda ma’lum inotrop vositalar — dobutamin, levosimendan va milrinon kiradi. Yangi dori preparatlari — veritsiguat va omekamtiv mekarbil alohida ko‘rib chiqiladi.


Xulosa. Inotrop vositalar bemorlarni yurak yetishmovchiligi dekompensatsiyasi holatidan chiqarishda qo‘llaniladigan muhim dori preparatlaridir.
