Obstruktiv uyqu apnoe sindromi (OUAS) va yurak ishemik kasalligi (YIK) ko‘pincha bir-birining kechishini og‘irlashtiruvchi komorbid holatlar sifatida uchraydi. Ushbu obzor maqolaning maqsadi YIK mavjud bemorlarda OUASning serebrovaskulyar asoratlarga ta’sirini tizimlashtirilgan ilmiy adabiyotlar tahlili asosida baholashdan iborat.

Yurak ishemik kasalligi (YIK) va uyqu buzilishlari, xususan obstruktiv uyqu apnoe sindromi (OUAS), zamonaviy tibbiyotning eng dolzarb muammolaridan biri hisoblanadi. So‘nggi o‘n yillikda ushbu ikki patologiyaning komorbid kechishi serebrovaskulyar kasalliklar rivojlanishining muhim mustaqil xavf omili ekanligi isbotlandi.

Jahon sog‘liqni saqlash tashkiloti (JSST)ning 2023-yilgi ma’lumotlariga ko‘ra, yurak-qon tomir kasalliklari global o‘lim holatlarining 31% ini tashkil etadi. Shu bilan birga, OUASning dunyo bo‘yicha tarqalishi 15–30% ni tashkil etib, erkaklarda ayollarga nisbatan 2–3 baravar ko‘proq uchraydi. YIK mavjud bemorlarda esa OUAS uchrash chastotasi 40–60% gacha yetishi taxmin qilinmoqda.

Serebrovaskulyar asoratlar, jumladan ishemik insult, tranzitor ishemik xuruj (TIX), subkortikal leykoensefalopatiya va kognitiv buzilishlar YIK va OUAS birgalikda kechganda ayniqsa tez-tez kuzatiladi. Patogenetik nuqtai nazardan ushbu holat arterial gipertenziya, endotelial disfunksiya, oksidativ stress hamda simpatoadrenal tizimning giperaktivatsiyasi bilan izohlanadi, biroq ushbu jarayonlarning aniq mexanizmlari hozirgi kungacha to‘liq o‘rganilmagan.
