Annotatsiya

Maqsad. Ezofagogastroduodenoskopiya yordamida aniqlangan gastroduodenal shilliq qavatning eroziv zararlanishlari bilan yurak ishemik kasalligi (YIK) davomiyligi o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlikni baholash.


Materiallar va usullar. Ushbu retrospektiv ko‘ndalang kesimli tadqiqotga YIK bilan og‘rigan 2924 nafar bemor kiritildi. Bemorlar kasallik davomiyligiga ko‘ra ≤1 yil (n=414) va >1 yil (n=2510) guruhlarga ajratildi.


Natijalar. Oshqozon eroziyalari mos ravishda 14,25% va 11,67% bemorlarda aniqlangan bo‘lib, statistik jihatdan ahamiyatli farq kuzatilmadi (χ²=2,23; p=0,135). Bir omilli logistik regressiya tahlili ham YIK davomiyligi bilan umumiy oshqozon eroziyalari o‘rtasida ahamiyatli bog‘liqlikni ko‘rsatmadi (OR=0,795; 95% CI 0,588–1,075). Yakka, ko‘p sonli, antral, fundal yoki o‘n ikki barmoqli ichak piyozchasi eroziyalari uchun ham ahamiyatli bog‘liqlik aniqlanmadi. Yosh va jins bo‘yicha tuzatish kiritilgandan keyin ham umumiy oshqozon eroziyalari bilan bog‘liqlik statistik jihatdan ahamiyatsizligicha qoldi.


Xulosa. Ushbu tadqiqotda YIK davomiyligi oshqozon yoki o‘n ikki barmoqli ichakning eroziv zararlanishlari bilan statistik jihatdan ahamiyatli bog‘liq emasligi aniqlandi.
