Annotatsiya

B sinf 2-tur skavenjer-retseptori (CD36) — uzun zanjirli yog‘ kislotalari tashuvchisi, oksidlangan past zichlikdagi lipoproteinlar retseptori, patternni taniydigan retseptor va hujayra ichidagi signal platformasi vazifalarini birlashtirgan ko‘p ligandli transmembran glikoproteindir. Sharhda CD36 tuzilishi to‘g‘risidagi zamonaviy ma’lumotlar, jumladan ektodomenning rentgen tuzilmaviy tahlili, hamda uning aterogenezdagi ishtiroki mexanizmlari tizimlashtirilgan: modifikatsiyalangan lipoproteinlarni qamrab olish, ko‘pikli hujayralar shakllanishi, CD36–TLR4/TLR6–NF-κB va CD36–TLR2 o‘qlarining hamda NLRP3 inflammasomasining faollashuvi, mitoxondrial oksidlanish stressi, efferotsitoz buzilishi va nekrotik yadro shakllanishi. CD36 ning yurak ishemik kasalligi bilan bog‘liqligi tanqidiy baholangan: global va hujayraga xos nokaut modellari, shu jumladan retseptorning makrofaglar va endoteliyda induksiyalanadigan deletsiyasi, retseptorning inson blyashkalari va monotsitlaridagi ekspressiyasi, eriydigan CD36 bo‘yicha qarama-qarshi ma’lumotlar, genetik assotsiativ tadqiqotlar va CD36 irsiy tanqisligining paradoksal fenotipi. Selektiv peptid va azapeptid ligandlar, antisens oligonukleotidlar, posttranslyatsion modifikatsiyalar va membrana trafigiga ta’sir, manzilli nanotizimlar muhokama qilinadi. CD36 aterosklerozda qoldiq yallig‘lanish xavfi nishoni roliga eng asoslangan nomzodlardan biri bo‘lib qolmoqda — retseptorni tizimli bostirish emas, balki hujayraga selektiv modulyatsiya qilish sharti bilan.
