Терапевтические подходы к ведению женщин с гестационной артериальной гипертензией: взгляд кардиолога
Аннотация
Необходимость расширения знаний о введении беременных с гипертензивными расстройствами в самые ранние сроки гестационного периода обусловлена несколькими факторами. Во-первых, подбор оптимальной схемы антигипертензивной терапии ограничено возможностью проведения масштабных исследований в репрезентативных популяциях ввиду ограничения во времени и ответственности за жизнь не только матери, но и ребенка. Во-вторых, текущие рекомендации в основном предлагают начало терапии титрование дох монопрепарата не зависимо от уровня артериального давления, что ограничивает применение комбинированных схем. В-третьих, выявление специфических кардиологических рисков ограничено своевременной реализацией эффективной стратегии скрининга.
