Клинико-гемодинамическое течение артериальной гипертензии у лиц Приаралья в зависимости от пола под влиянием факторов риска

Аннотация
Цель. Заключалась в изучении особенностей клинического течения артериальной гипертензии у островитян по половому признаку и усилении эффективных профилактических мер.
Материалы и методы. В исследование был включен 1021 пациент с артериальной гипертензией в семейных клиниках, входящих в Медицинскую Ассоциацию округа Элликкала. Все пациенты прошли клинические и лабораторно-инструментальные исследования.
Результаты. Мы обнаружили, что у островитян был более распространенный риск сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний, когда они сравнивали пациентов с гипертонией мужского пола с пациентами женского пола.
Вывод. Результаты нашего исследования показали, что у представителей мужского пола факторы риска сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний выше, чем у женщин, что привело к надежно более высокому риску сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний среди мужчин.
